Geoff Taylor

geoff taylorGeoff is a dual qualified financial planner and tax adviser who has extensive experience in advising clients on how  to manage their financial, tax and personal affairs.

Geoff originally worked as a tax accountant with Ernst & Young in the late 1980s and early 1990s.  For a number of years he specialised in the preparation of tax returns for expatriate Australians and Americans.  He became a CPA in 1992 and is also a Registered Tax Agent.

During the last decade he has combined his tax and accounting expertise with financial and investment planning skills. 


In 2006, he became an Authorised Representative of RGM Financial Services Pty Ltd Dealer Group (AFSL 225 074) based in Sydney.  RGM is an independent financial services firm.

Geoff specialises in providing integrated superannuation, investment and tax services.  Geoff manages investment portfolios from $100,000 to over $3 million for "accumulators" aged in their 30s through to retirees in their 60s and 70s.

Geoff and his wife, Amanda, are both in their 40s and therefore understand the challenge of balancing the competing objectives of looking after the needs of a growing family whilst ensuring sufficient savings for retirement.  Geoff and Amanda have three boys aged 9, 11 and 12.

Having been a very competitive runner in his 30s, Geoff is now a keen social runner and also enjoys playing golf at his home club of Killara Golf Club and water skiing with his wife and sons.

Bachelor of Commerce, University of Newcastle (1985)
Bachelor of Science (Information Systems), UNSW (1990)
Master of Business Administration, Australian School of Business (May 2004)
Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) (2008)
Certified Practicing Accountant (1992).

 

Mandy Zhang

Mandy is a qualified accountant and has 2 years professional accountancy experience.  She joined Majenda Australia in September 2011.

Mandy is skilled in the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for small businesses, companies, partnerships, trusts, super funds and individuals.

Mandy's formal qualifications include:

Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance), Sydney University  (2012)
Associate member of CPA Australia

Amanda Taylor

Amanda Taylor is qualified as a Registered Pharmacist and Justice of the Peace, and works for Majenda on a part time basis.

At Majenda she is responsbile for the following:

. Processing insurance applications

. Financial planning support.
